Dr Snyder is one of the few heart surgeon’s who also is a certified fitness trainer. He coaches his patients on the health benefits of strength training and vigorous cardiovascular exercise as part of their treatment. Dr Snyder explained the health benefits of getting your heart rate elevated through interval training in order to improve aerobic capacity and weight training.
