Hi Guys - Love the Podcast…Dr Fat Guy, I’m with you about going at it full throttle….but I think you should take it one step further. Show up to the gym on your first day with a bucket in your hand…this will send a clear message to the muscle heads that you mean business…you’re ready to train - HARD! (I would even wax down for the first day too…..This will help with the - “Ladies”)

On the serious side you could try to find an exercise buddy. Find someone else of a similar fitness level to train with, and who is expecting you to meet them at a certain time and place, and then you are more likely to commit to training times that you’ve scheduled in your diary.

If you do go with an Exercise buddy, I would go with someone extremely unfit….you need to look like an Athlete at all times - this will help with this.

    Cheers Kel
