We also had on Margo Berman, author, inventor, trainer and coach. She shared some of her techniques to unblock any blocks you might be having in your life. She explained that by reciting a short and memorable mantra throughout the day you can make positive changes to your life. These mental sticky notes, as she calls them, help you focus on achieving whatever goal you have set for yourself. For example if you are having trouble eating the right foods. You can say the mantra “Right Choice” throughout the day to remind you of eating the right things. Dr Fitness also gave us his Fitness Tips on the Unemployed Workout. these are tips to help people who are with out a job feel better about themselves, get in shape and maybe even find work. Number 1 Network at the gym. Number 2. Working out will release endorphins and that will make you feel good. Number 3 You’ll sleep better after a workout so you won’t be up all night stressing about your unemployment. There were lots more tips but you have to listen to get them.

Rachael the intern was back with her favorite exercise dvd finds there was one on naughty pilates, country something or other and some burlesque related yoga dvd. I should really pay closer attention during the show.

Pete chronicles his inspirational story about how he was depressed and fed up with his ballooning weight, he hit rock bottom then did something drastic about it. He lost 40 pounds in about 3 months by eliminating some very American food ingredients from his diet like sugar and white flour along with fried foods, rich sauces and desserts. If the Fat Guy did that he would starve. Then he supercharged his exercise workout with the help of a personal fitness trainer and then like magic he lost the weight. Bill To Ban Serving The Obese? Mr. McCain, Say it Ain’t So!

Here’s what happens when humans have too much time on their hands. There is proposed legislation in Mississippi that would prohibit restaurants from serving obese customers. State Rep. John Read, a Republican who is one of the bill’s three authors, says he wasn’t trying to offend anybody and never even expected the plan to become law. Read said, “I was trying to shed a little light on the No. 1 problem in Mississippi.” The state has the highest obesity rate in the USA.

Mr. Read, here’s some advice from Dr. Fitness…If you want to shed a little light, go on YouTube and do a video on how we shouldn’t serve obese people at restaurants, but don’t waste taxpayers time on your nonsense!
