Tonight we learned all about how to inform, inspire and empower conscious-minded women from our good friend Beth Aldrich. Beth spends a lot of her time helping guide people so they can discover what nourishes and feeds them in order to help them make their lives remarkable.

Beth is the founder of Restoring Essence, LLC and a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutritional Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Beth received her education from Columbia University’s Teachers College and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She studied under natural health and nutrition experts such as Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, David Wolfe, Dr. Walter Willett and Barry Sears.

She also is the publisher of For Her Information (FHI). The FHI Concept was born from the idea that “women are alike more than they are different” and that women rely on one another to improve their lives by sharing answers, ideas and solutions. Tonight we learned all about plastic surgery, especially how to choose the right plastic surgeon from one of the countries finest, Dr Brent Moelleken, M.D., who is a Beverly Hills plastic and reconstructive surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is an attending physician at UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Hospitals, studied at Harvard and obtained his MD from Yale University.

Dr Brent has been practicing in Beverly Hills since 1995, has numerous studies and papers on his American Society Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) award winning superficial cheek lift and over 100 published articles, presentations and abstracts, including many in the Journal of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

You can see Dr Brent do his thing on ABC’S hit show “Extreme Makeover,” and Discovery Health Channel, and has over 75 television appearances including Dateline, ABC, CBS, NBC, Extra, and numerous national and international shows. On our show Dr Brent talked a lot about the importance of checking out your prospective plastic surgeon. For example if he/she is practicing in a room above a sandwich shop that might be a red flag. He also talked about a new procedure called a Hybrid Tummy Tuck that he says is great for new moms that are in pretty good shape to begin with. Dr Brent has noticed a new trend of in-shape, fit mommies coming into his office so he figured out this new procedure that helps these fit mothers get their figure back. Sorry Fat Guy this procedure is not for you.
