On the show Missy explained her secret recipes you can use to sneak green veggies like spinach, broccoli and peas into meals. First, you puree the green vegetables then you mix in tomato paste which turns everything brown. Remember your colors red and green make brown. Now that you have this brown veggie sauce you can easily mix it into any meat sauce unnoticed.
