On tonight’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy learn all about the Pure Barre workout from Carrie Rezabek. Pure Barre’s small movements create big changes. Especially in your thighs, hips, butt and abs.Pure Barre is an evolution of ballet, pilates and the Lotte Berk method.

The Pure Barre Technique is a total body workout that burns fat and produces lifted seats, toned arms, thin thighs, and flat abs by fusing elements of ballet, pilates and weights in a 55 minute intense session. It is an effective, fast, yet safe way to change your body.

Pure Barre was created by dancer, choreographer and fitness guru, Carrie Rezabek. Carrie opened her first studio in 2001 in the basement of an office building in Birmingham, MI. With no initial clients, signage or even a bathroom, the studio grew to a new location, a staff of 20 and a devoted clientele base.

In 2006 Pure Barre licensed its’ first studio location and in two years has grown to 11 licensees.
