Strength, 30 minutes maximum
Equipment vs. body weight exercises
Flexibility, 15 – 20 minutes
Stretching, yoga, pilates, but always warm-up first.
Cardiovascular conditioning 30 minutes
continuous exercise- walking, biking, jogging, swimming, rollerblading
non-continuous exercise- change of direction, sprints at the track.
