3. 2-3 grams/day of fish oil

 

4. A glass of wine/grape juice/day

studies are showing the importance of resveratrol on life expectancy

 

5. Some exercise is better than no exercise

 

6. ½ hour to 45 minute nap is key to recharging batteries

 

7. treat your bedroom like a sanctuary and get a good night sleep.

 

8. listen to at least 3-4 Springsteen song/day studies show how important music is for happiness.

He had some great advice for those of you thinking about plastic surgery. He had this list of things to check out when choosing a plastic surgeon..1-make sure surgeon is serious about his profession 2- must be board certified 3-check out his before and after pictures of his patients 4-contact some patients and ask them how it went and finally check out pictures of the surgeon’s spouse — if he/she looks great then the surgeon is probably okay.

We also talked about other procedures like tummy tucks and even talked a little about the ethics behind plastic surgery and teenagers.
