Most fast food kids meals are over 400 calories and very high in sodium and fat. Subway typically comes out on top because they include a juice box and fruit instead of soda and fries. The bottom line is that the parents must get involved and ask for the nutritional information from the restaurant or go to the restaurants website and look for it there.
