If your office bbuilding has a shower you should really consider this once or twice a week weather permitting. By taking your car off the road you help the environment, you save some gas money and you get your cardio in. And if you live in a high traffci area your commute may even take less time by bike than by car. I know someone who takes mass transit part of the way then biokes the last 5 miles to work.
