Eating Well magazine. In order to feed your mind with brain food consider eating more DHA which is found in fish like salmon and sardines. Also try to get more iron – you can do this by eating food cooked in a cast iron skillet or by chowing down on some red meat or even beans and spinach. We learned that basically the foods that are good for your heart are also good for your brain.
