But did you know there are different kinds of fiber and they are all not equally as good fir you. In fact a lot of those fiber rich bars and cereals don’t have the right kind of fiber. You want “intact” fiber that is in fruits, vegetables and whole grains and not “isolated” fibers that are in a lot of man-made products.
