This plan sounds good in theory, eat smaller meals 6 times a day to keep your blood sugar balanced and to prevent feeling famished. What really happens though is that you are giving yourself 6 chances a day to over eat. The only way this works is that every one of your 6 meals are about 300 calores or less. It is very difficult to count claories as it is and by eating more meals each day you are bound to underestimate the claiories you are consuming.
