On tonight’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy spoke with Laura Lewis featured blogger on AOL’s That’s Fit
website. She also is hosting her own TV show called Empty Nester and she recently published a great book called 52 Ways To a Healthy You. Laura was throwing out fitness and weight loss tips left and right. Here are some of the highlights…1-be more conscious of your behavior – use a journal to record what when and why you eat and/or exercise. 2- Use smaller plates 3-Eat higher quality foods and eat protein for breakfast 4-Sleep enough.
