In today’s Wellness Minute we share some more treadmill workouts. Treadmills can easily go from a fun exercise device to a great place to hang your coats and dirty clothes. Here are some ways to spice up that treadmill workout. Experiment with all of the buttons – mix up the incline, the speed. Also keep a close eye on your heart rate as you work out. Once you determine the things that make your heart rate rise and fall you can then try some intervals – you know 1 munute with your heart rate elevated then 1 minute slowing down. Mix it up at every workout 30 fast 30 seconds slow. If you are on your treadmill at home try moving it to a different place – try next to a window instead of in front of the tv.
