In today’s Wellness Minute we explain how to lose weight and eat right without starving yourself. To start your day eat some protein in the morning for breakfast – a couple of scrambled eggs work nicely for the Fat Guy. Always try to eat quality calories – so prepare healthy snacks that fill you up and are good for you like almonds, edamame beans, popcorn or the Doctor’s new fave Lara bars. Try to avoid starches like white bread and pasta – they fill you up but they aren’t as jam packed with nutrients like whole grains. Mix in interval training in your cardio routine.
