Don’t be misled by bars touting the huge amounts of fiber the kind of fiber that is in bars typically is not the same as you would get from eating fruits and vegetables. Watch the calories some bars are meal peplacement bars and can be from 300 calories and up. Some bars are energy boosts and should be treated like snacks and they can be 100 calories and up.
