In today’s Wellness Minute we share Dr Fitness’ and Dan Quayle’s favorite sweet potato french fry recipe. Sweet potatoe baked fries are higher in fiber and lower in carbs thatn regular potato fries. Bake these bad boys in the oven at around 400 degrees. Slice the sweet potatoe as thins as you can . Spray a baking pan with olive oil and place the sweet potato slices around.
