In today’s Wellness Minute we share some of the health benefits from cinnamon. This spice orginaly came from Induia and has been shown to have a mton of health benefits. Research says it can regualte blood levels and even help in weight loss. The Fat Guy puts it on his oatmeal every morning instead of sugar or an artificial sweetener. There have even been claims that cinnamon helps cure the common cold and help fight some infections.
