Avoid those hogh calorie salad dressings – they can hundreds of calories to you rmeal per serving. Fill up your plate with veggies first – make sure they take up most of the space on your plate. Then just drizzle the dressing on top or do what my wife does and dunk fork fulls of salad into the dressing that is on the side. Or do what Dr Fitness does and don’t use any salad dressing at all.
