On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Dr Tim Harlan, Dr Gourmet himself. Dr Harlan is an
internist who is also a chef. He is the Medical Director of Tulane’s School of Medicine in Louisiana. He has done a lot of research and seen first hand with his patients that planning your meals is critical if you want to lose weight. He said that he’ll aks his patients what they are going to have for dinner later that day and most won’t have a clue. He says you should be planning your meals one week in advance.
