This book is about finding the hidden switches that make you healthy. Some of his tips were: to avoid doing too much intense cardio – 4-5 hours of low level walking with one high intensity workout is enough. Also don’t eat too much grains, rice and pasta – try to limit your carbs to 100-150 grams a day.
