Less than a cup of broccoli has more vitamin C as an orange. And it is a great source of calcium. Look for fresh crunchy stalks with tight buds. It stores dry in the refrigerator for a long time. Dr Fitness loves to roast it on the grill after he spritzes some olive oil on it and sprinkles some fresh garlic on top. Kids even love to eat it this way.
