As with everyone, but most importantly for teens – a hearty healthy breakfast is the way to start a healthy eating day. Whole grain toast w some eggs or oatmeal is a good choice. Then have a wrap for lunch with a light dinner with some fish and lots of vegetables and your teen should be eating alright.
