The Fat Guy is using a dessert plate instead of a dinner plate. That way you can fill the plate up only so much – it forces you to eat less, whether you want to or not – just don’t have 10 plate fulls and you’ll lose weight. Use vegetables as filler for more meals – go heavy with the veggies instead of the pasta or meat.
