Week two has ended and together we were only able to lose 1 pound combined. That means so for, Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy have lost a combined 9 pounds. They are now 41 pounds away from their goal of a 50 pound weight loss in 3 months. A big thank you to the SobeFit team for the fruit basket – that was so kind. The Fat Guy ate the cookie and the candy and Dr Fitness ate all the fruit during the show. Marta Monetenegro-Auvert, founder of SobeFit, will be coming on the show next week to help us reach our weight loss goal. I have always seen podcasts as an excellent technology, but using it to distribute health and fitness tips is ingenious – such a brilliant use of a modern medium to reach millions of people instantly.
