On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Marta Montenegro, the founder of SobeFit, who is our weight loss coach and personal trainer. She came on to help us get back on track. She said we should really change up our cardio routine to break through this plateau and we should lift weights and add strength training to our workouts. i am glad u made the point about strenth training and weights. so many times people forget about that part of exercise. when u are over 50 it is a must for our muscles.
