On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had our good friend LA Justice, author A Slimmer You come on for some weight loss tips to help you get through the holidays. She says Fat Season is coming and you have to have a plan to get through it at the same weight as you entered.  Here come all those holiday parties and the key to surviving them is to eat first before you get there – do not go to a party hungry. And then when you are at the party just take a taste. Instead of a whole dessert – just take a bite. Remember your stomach is normally the size of a one liter bottle but it can stretch to the size of a gallon milk jug. Don’t test its limits. Avoid those cheese cubes and desserts – you can consume close to 1000 calories in a blink eating those foods. Remember just because food is free doesn’t mean you have eat everything – you are not a bear getting ready to hibernate for the Winter.
