I was with you on the benefits of eggs until my wife and youngest daughter went out and got chickens. Now we’re inundated with fresh eggs and I’m forking in frittatas, quiches and scrambled eggies as fast as I can to keep up with the output. Thank God Halloween came recently so I could teach my daughter how to egg houses. Overwise who knows what might have happened?
