In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share Dr Fitness’ favorite pasta salad recipe. Dr Fitness loves pasta salad. He usually makes a whole bunch of pasta once and then uses it several times during the week in a variety of meals. For his pasta salad he mixes it with spinach, tomatoes, peas, and nuts then adds a healthy dressing over it. This recipe can be customized to only the foods and dressings you like.
