***** *****, the waiter was right, no smoking means no smoking, it doesnt matter who the ***** you are. that's the reason why these celebrities think they can get away with everything.....because rules and laws don't apply to them, and this is what happens when someone decides to stand up and enforce the rules regardless of social status. all of you people who are defending Spacey on this one have no right to complain about OJ getting away with murder or any other celebrity that gets little to no sentencing for something that would land a normal person some serious jail time, because it all starts with things like this, bending rules to allow Spacey to smoke in a restaurant when you know damn well if you or me were to walk in, sit down and light up, we would promptly be told to either put it out or leave the first time, the second time they had to tell us, we would be out in the street. we need to start holding celebrities accountable for breaking laws and rules just as we would do for a normal person. I applaud this waiter for standing up and trying to enforce the rules regardless of celebrity status and if I were in a position where I could hire this man for my business, you bet your ass i would.
