Well, my little brother was born in 1988, and he probably doesn't know anything in these guides. He even went to a Prep High School and is currently going to Florida Tech for mechanical engineering. In my experience, kids his age seem to take the technology for granted. I think no matter what your age, if you're a digg user you probably know this stuff..

The Wire is THE most realistic show I've ever seen. I believe that it is a good basis for an entire course - there are a ton of different social issues that can be analyzed in each episode. I don't find it embarrassing at all that this is being offered as a course. The Wire is more of a serious social commentary than a piece of entertainment and for that reason I think it's suitable for social studies...?

They've been milking this story ever since it grazed the pages of that New Jersy news paper; churning out a steady crop of ***** to anyone they could corral into paying attention, and whoever branded this story newsworthy has a seriously moorose sense of journalistic integrity. The first time I herd about it, I was in no mood to find out what all the beef was about, but I finally gave in and skimmed over it. How his lawyer managed to butter up the Jury into letting this guy ride, is beyond me. I'd have expected the judge to chuck the book at him, but I'm still on the fence for whether I support with the decision. It's not like this dude and the cow were in a stable relationship cuddling together. He plowed her like a piece of meat on cowntless occasions before getting carted away. I think that's the part of the story that spurs so much interest. The less cruel it is, the ranchier it becomes.On the utter hand, It's a cheesy story that we should all probably have ignored in the first place. Mooving on.
