The same thing was done to Spikes (by a Georgia player) earlier in the game... because of which he had to sit out some plays. Didn't you guys even watch the game? There is film of that incident, too. Poor Georgia. A program in a long slow slide to permanent residence in the basement of the SEC.

How come it's ok for Chad Johnson to do this but when Terrell Owens does it, it's not ok? For the record, I think the players should be allowed to celebrate any way they choose.!

He really nails the whole cycle of Fox News. The pundits take something small or out of context and outrage on it, but they're just pundits, they don't have to be balanced, right? Fox News then reports on a "growing outrage", based on the outrage that their pundits artificially created. Instead of reporting the news, they are essentially "creating" the news, making them, by definition, a propaganda channel rather than a news channel. |
