Now at most gyms they have lots of people who can teach you how proper form, how to adjust the seat, how to get on and off the machines, etc. Ask the personal trainer for help that’s why they are there. Also when you are working out in a group go at your own pace. Lots of spinning instructors love to push and push you but be careful.
