Christina was discovered in an Atlanta mall when she was 14 and has parlayed that chance encounter into a successful career as a fitness model doing work for companies such as BSN - a leader in supplements, Fitness RX magazine and BodyBuilding.com. She currently writers a column for www.bodybulding.com and other national fitness magazines.

But Christina was satisfied with just being another pretty face, she worked hard on her craft, taking acting lessons from the best instructors and even working with Groundlings to improve her improv skills and it certainly has paid of becuase now you can see her on Lifetime in their first ever miniseries “The Capture of the Green River Killer” on March 30 and 31, which she stars in with Tom Cavanaugh. ˜Liz Neporent had some great ideas for ”greening” our workouts. DVDs are a great way to go. Good for you, good for all.™

Dr Fitness Fitness Tips were all about how the pros and cons of Fat Camp for your kid. Number 1 - they have a high compliance rate of success after the kid leaves camp. Number 2 - they improve a kids confidence and self esteem. And Number 3- they teach role playing skills that will kieep the kid on the program when they get home. The Fat Guy gave his Easter Candy update he read from a recent posting from Sarah Kliff in her article from www.Newsweek.com. 140 calories in a row of Peeps to 1050 calories in a solid chocolate bunny.
