Next up we had on Dr David Clarke, author of the book “They Can’t Find Anything Wrong With Me” Dr Clarke is addressing the problem millions of people who are trying to get medical care and their doctor just can’t figure out what’s wrong. They might be experiencing some of these stress illness related symptoms like: pain, digestions problems, heart palpitations, fatigue, strange sleeping or eating patterns, dizziness or blurred vision. Dr Fitness also gave us his Fitness Tips on how to find time to fit exercise into your life. Number 1 Track how you spend your time each day. Number 2. Promise to move exercise up the priority list. Number 3 Cut out information over load by doing less reading of mags, newspapers and of course less TV time. There were lots more tips but you have to listen tot get them.

What a great show last night!!!I usually hate when The Fat Guy can’t make the show, which has only happened…never, but with our beautiful hostess Kathie Larkin from the television show, “Real Savvy Moms,” not missing a beat, The Fat Guy was a distant memory. As a matter of fact, I’m thinking of going with “Dr. Fitness and The Hot Girl.”Real Savvy Moms is a great show for moms that is available on most Public Broadcasting Stations around the US and online. We had the pleasure of talking with Legendary Tennis Coach, Oscar Wegner. Oscar has trained Venus and Serena Williams as well as most of the South American superstar tennis players, Like Gustavo Kuerten. He shared with us his take on the current state of the game and shared some serving tips that will make you a better player. His methods have been studied by MIT, they’re so good!. His first book “Learn to Play Tennis in 2 Hours” introduced tennis to thousands of beginner tennis players. Oscar now has a complete dvd and book combo that is perfect for everyone. I added some fitness tips in his latest installment of …Dr Fitness’ “Things You Can Do Today” To Get Ready For Your First 10k Road Race Tomorrow. Here are a few of Dr. Fitness’ secrets about the things you should do to prepare for your first road race. Number 1, do not start off too fast - you are going to want to shoot off the starting gun like a rocket but don’t do it - keep a steady pace. Number 2, wear the right clothes - chafing stinks - ask the Fat Guy… he’ll tell you.

Yeah, In my dreams…..but she could catch me every tuesday on ABC’s Channel 31 WAAY-TV in Huntsville, Alabama answering questions live on Diet, Fitness, and Health. You can also go to www.waaytv.com on Tuesdays and catch the mid-morning segment. I love the erectile dysfunction questions and the questions about small growths on the privates. I feel like saying “Dude, exercise questions, please.” Only Angelina can ask those questions. Super Hottie Actress, Model, Fitness Trainer, Kathie Larkin, www.getkathie.com will join us in the studio this Sunday. She is the host of “Real Moms, Real Stories, Real Savvy” on PBS. On tonight’s show, Doctor Fitness and the Fat Guy get the skinny about hotness from one of the hottest actresses to grace our studio, Kathie Larkin. We also got the skinny on how to be skinny from Skinny Bitch author Rory Freedman. Then Lisa Taylor called in to share her tips on how to be a savvy mom. 

First we had on Kathie Larkin who gave us a little insight into the modelling and acting world. Kathie has worked for years as a model, an actress, a national spokesperson and is now the dynamic co-host of the “Real Moms, Real Stories, Real Savvy” TV show. But her career almost didn’t get off the ground.  Very early in she was told by a top NY agent that she wasn’t pretty enough, that she didn’t have what it took to succeed. Rory Freedman, the co-author of the red hot, brutally honest, hilarious diet book Skinny Bitch was our next guest. She really tells it like it is when it comes to losing weight and being skinny. Dr. Fitness had some really good tips about how to lose weight for the new year. New Year’s resolution time is coming and everyone is going to want to pretend to try and lose weight to start 2007. Here a few of Dr. Fitness’ tips…Number 1, cut your portions 25% at every meal. Number 2, do not make all or nothing sacrifices - don’t say no more cookies…just eat less. And Number 3, slow down…meals are not a race. There were a lot more detail from Dr. Fitness, so you will have to listen to the show to find out all the rest of these great tips. And I’m sure he’ll post all the tips on his blog, even the ones we didn’t get to tonight.

It seems that people are frustrated by the broken promises their gym gave them when they joined and also they are usually disappointed when their hometown gym gets bought out by a large national corporate chain. Service usually goes downhill fast.
