Remember, Kathy was one of the driving forces behind the original dance aerobics craze. She had exercise videos and TV shows that really got people moving back in the day (and she’s still going strong today!). Kathy shares her best tips to get you moving and off the couch. She says 1-exercise in groups for that energy and support and so you can socialize and exercise at the same time 2-Choose an activity you love, whether it is ballroom dancing, tennis or kickball.
