Can You Catch Up On Your Sleep This Weekend?

In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy explain that you can’t really catch up on your sleep. Sadly their is no real way to make up for lost sleep by sleeping later on the weekends. A couple of days of sleeping late doesn’t even you out for the week of living on just a few hours of sleep.
