On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Mitchell Yass, the author of the book Overpower Pain: The Strength Training Program that Stops Pain Without Drugs or Surgery. In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share info on what to do if you have stretch marks. Stretch marks usually occur when a women is going through pregnancy. It is genetic and usually affects the middle layer of skin. Changes in weight (both gaining weight and losing weight) can cause stretch marks as well.
