She shared her top 5 tips for aging backwards. 1-Exercise Easily, ease into exercise slowly don’t overdo it 2- Keep your brain sharp especially your memory, try memorizing phone numbers from billboards as you drive 3- Give Back through community service, volunteering helps others and yourself 4- Ease into better eating habits slowly, don’t jump into a highly restrictive diet, make one change at a time 5- Lower your stress level, an easy way to do that is use ear plugs to lower the volume on the street or at work. Jackie also explained that her use of a new product called CoccoBoddy, which is made from organic, raw, cold pressed coconut oil will help you look younger and soften your skin.
