On tonight’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy learn all about how January Jones can help cure you from a life of whining. She joined us in the studio to discuss her new book Thou Shalt Not Whine. Her book is the ultimate guide to what we whine about and it also gives great answers to how to stop it. She gave us her 3 steps solution to most whines. First what are you Complaining about. Second define the root Cause. And lastly Cure it.

She also shared that she has been selected to compete in the CBS Sports World Series of Golf next May. She’ll be playing golf and poker with some of the biggest celebrities around all on national TV.
